exquisite wines paired with Chef Adam Pile’s masterfully crafted menu. The evening will feature family-style dishes, interactive food presentations, and individual courses. Castello Banfi is Tuscany’s most honored vineyard estate, and renowned for producing superior Brunello and super Tuscan wines; producing healthy, more organic wines that are low in sulfates and histamines; and developing cutting edge wine-making techniques.
