Carl Anthony Payne II,  is an American actor, director, and producer best known for his roles as Cole Brown on Martin and Cockroach on The Cosby Show. A veteran of over 35 commercials and various television series, he has maintained a steady career since the 1980s, recently starring in Tyler Perry's Young Dylan.
