TICKET PICKUP DISCLAIMER
Please note that Congress passes/tickets will NOT be mailed. Each online order will be added to our database. Each attendee must pick up their own pass/ticket at the registration booth at the Hotel the weekend of the event. Bring your receipt and a piece of photo ID. Passes are in the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times. If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another congress pass/wristband. No exceptions. 

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes.  

Exception 1: If we have to cancel the event due to revised government covid restrictions, all attendees will have a choice of:
a) a full refund (minus the online booking fee)
b) transferring their pass to our next event in 2023.

Exception 2: If an attendee has to cancel because they have tested positive for covid-19 in the 2 weeks leading up to the event, we will require documentation and then you will be given a choice of:
a) a full refund (minus the online booking fee)
b) transferring the pass to another attendee for our 2022 event
c) transferring their pass to our next event in 2023 

All requests must be made in writing to register@canadasalsacongress.com.

If you have purchased an event ticket and can no longer attend the event, you may email us and request that we transfer the ticket to another person or to next year’s event.  All requests must be made in writing to register@canadasalsacongress.com before September 15^th. Transfer requests after September 15th will incur a $30 administration fee. 

SERVICE FEES
A service fee is added to each ticket and/or order purchased online at time of checkout. The buyer agrees to pay these fees, and understands that they will not be refunded under any circumstances.  
Ontario sales/service tax (HST tax) will be added to each ticket and/or order purchased at time of checkout.
