Starting 2/16/22 RESERVATIONS WILL NO LONGER BE NEEDED FOR ENTRY

You can acquire a ticket online or in person.

*NOTE: Tickets/Reservations are first come first served.

TICKET VOID POLICY: Reservations will be voided 30 minutes after time slot has started unless visitor calls the CAC to keep their reservation if they are late.

Masks are required for entry. Sanitizer will be available in the building.

How your timed ticket works:

During Timed ticketing visitors will have 1hr 45mins to view the galleries in their 2hr time slot. The last 15 mins of the time slot is reserved for security to sanitize and clean surfaces. Security will ask all visitors to return to the lobby during their cleaning regiment. The exception to these rules is the 1hr time slot at the end of the W-F weekday.

Groups and tour groups no larger than 10 persons are permitted at a time.

The Unmuseum is closed for renovations.

Food and beverages are NOT permitted in the galleries.

Children 1 and under do not need to wear masks. 

*Masks and face shields are available for purchase at the welcome desk.

• New loss of taste or smell

• Have a positive COVID test and need to quarantine
