Kip Weeks starred as The Man in the Mask in the 2008 hit THE STRANGERS. Now he lives in Portland, Maine and runs an all-natural children’s toy company with his wife and three kids. But Kip longs to return to filmmaking and pursue an acting career. Attending horror conventions and auditioning for independent movies, he’s on a mission to find out if he’s still relevant, and capable of resurrecting his film career, while also trying to balance his obligations to his family. Something Wicked This Way Comes is a locally-made documentary following Kip’s journey, while also spotlighting the historical and contemporary significance of the area’s impact on the horror genre, as well as the decision to pursue a horror film career or project locally.
