Brooklyn Museum Online Summer Camp

We welcome young artists to the adventure of online art camp! Inspired by our exhibitions and collections, campers will create multi-layered, complex works of art, while interacting with other campers, discovering artists, working with different mediums, trying out new techniques, and more. After five days of art-making, campers close out the week by sharing their creations in Friday’s online Open Studio.
This new program includes LIVE daily instruction with museum educators, teaching artists, and counselors. Families can order supplies from Dick Blick, for delivery directly to you, with an easy-to-use link to a supply list.
Summer 2020 Schedule
Monday–Friday, July 13–August 21, 10 am–1 pm
How It Works
Each day, camp begins with a welcome and warm-up art activities, followed by 90 minutes of art exploration and creation. Short breaks for stretching and snacks are included. The day ends with an art game and a reflection on the day’s art-making. Campers are placed with their age group throughout the week. During art-making, campers will be broken into smaller groups for optimum support.
