at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum

Pick one morning and/or one afternoon session:

• AM or PM BSA Electricity


• AM or PM BSA Railroading

Or one of the following all day sessions:

• BSA Personal Management (Eagle)


• GSA Financial Literacy

Curriculum follows the Boy Scout and/or Girl Scout badge requirements; but all youth ages (11 - 18) may attend any badge

Morning and all day sessions begin at 9 AM with registration starting at 8:15 AM.  Afternoon sessions begin at 1 PM  with registration for attendees who have NOT attended a morning session starting at 12:15 PM.

Please bring a lunch if you are going to be at the Museum all day and keep your lunch with you (do not leave lunch in the car).

Be sure to enter the name of the scout for each registration during the check-out process. 

Free Reading and Scholarship Badges:

Scouts who register for two half day badges or one full day badge may earn Reading and/or Scholarship by submitting ALL requirements to the registrar/counselor (Mr. Herrington) prior to  or on the day of the class.

Please review the following refund policy BEFORE COMPLETING REGISTRATIONS:

- There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason and requests for refunds will not be accepted

- The WILL BE NO REFUNDS for no-shows or late arrivals

PRE AND POST REQUIREMENTS FOR BADGES

Electricity

Please try to complete requirement 2 in advance.  If you cannot, we will issue a partial, and the Scout needs to follow-up with the counselor when ready.

Railroading

There are no prerequisites.

We will complete 8(b) 1 and 2 at the museum.

Personal Management

This is an Eagle-required merit badge and it is one of the most challenging badges on the trail to Eagle.

We do not recommend this badge for newer Scouts.

Please read the merit badge pamphlet and try to fill out the worksheet in advance.

Please try to complete requirements 1 and 2 in advance. If you cannot, we will issue a partial, and the Scout needs to follow-up with the counselor when ready.

BSA Reading and Scholarship

100% pre-requisite, there is no class session
