Book Signing-Meet & Greet with Kathryn Leigh Scott

Lyndhurst welcomes Kathryn Leigh Scott, author, and actress, best known locally for playing four starring roles, including Maggie Evans and Josette DuPres, in the original Gothic series, Dark Shadows and House of Dark Shadows (1970), filmed at Lyndhurst in Tarrytown, NY. She wrote Dark Shadows: Return to Collinwood and Dark Shadows Movie Book, among other books about the hit series. She currently appears in three feature films and several popular cable television series.

Ticket holders will come to the Lyndhurst Welcome Center and be admitted into the courtyard tent for an exclusive meet & greet, and book signing with Kathryn Leigh Scott. Visitors will be able to take in some Dark Shadows memorabilia while waiting.  Tickets include  Lyndhurst Grounds visitation to enjoy our outdoor seasonal decor. 

As New York State continues to evaluate pandemic-related restrictions, Lyndhurst requires all visitors to provide proof of full Covid vaccination or a negative PCR test result within 72 hours of event date and continue to wear masks indoors at this time as a courtesy to fellow visitors and staff. We will continue to evaluate these policies and make changes in the future, as appropriate.

All visitors must have a pre-purchased ticket to enter the Event. A limited number of tickets are available for each timed entry.

Please present printed tour tickets or have them available on your smartphone to show to Welcome Center staff when checking in for the event.

Entry begins promptly at the designated time.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
