Doors open for VIPs at 5:30 

Doors open for General Admission at 6:30 

Party space 

You are provided with one display table with linen and two chairs, but you are not required to use the items we provide. Make your space memorable! 

Electric

Requests for electric are made by choosing "Party Registration - Electric Needed". 

Tickets

You receive five (5) complimentary tickets for those working your exhibit space. Additional tickets may be purchased for $45 each. The five passes are provided at load-in.

Food/Drink Samples

Plan on bringing plenty of your “best” so that our guests will learn who you are and want to visit you after the party. 

Load-in

Begins Wednesday, July 25 at 1:00. All load-in times are assigned.
