We are delighted you have decided to participate in Main Line Today's Best of The Main Line and Western Suburbs Party and show why you were chosen as the BEST!

Limited spaces are available. Vendor registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the Party is full. This is one of the biggest parties of the year - don't wait!

We kindly ask that you do not publicize your win until the last week of June, when the July issue will be sent out to subcribers and newsstands.

PARTY DETAILS

FOOD & DRINK party participants will be expected to provide samplings to guests. Please be prepared to serve approximately 600 guests.

Location: Drexelbrook Catering and Event Center

4700 Drexelbrook Dr., Drexel Hill, PA 19026

Date: July 25th, 2024

Time: 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. 

Registration deadline is June 25, 2024.

Party space 

You are provided with one display table with linen and two chairs, but you are not required to use the items we provide. Make your space memorable! 

Food Permit

All food and drink vendors are required to accomodate guidelines and complete the Delaware County Health Department Temporary Food License permit and pay fee in order to participate.

Electric

Requests for electric are made by choosing "Party Registration - Electric". 

Vendor Passes

You receive three (3) vendor passes for the employees working your exhibit space. The passes are provided at vendor load-in.

Load-in & Set up

Begins Wednesday, July 24 from 1pm. All load-in times are assigned.

Load-out

Begins Thursday, July 25 at 9:00pm.
