Limited spaces are available. Vendor registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the Party is full. This is one of the biggest parties of the year - don't wait!

We kindly ask that you do not publicize your win until July 1 or share the link to this winners only page.

PARTY DETAILS

NEW Time for 2018: 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. 

Party space 

You are provided with one display table with linen and two chairs, but you are not required to use the items we provide. Make your space memorable! 

Electric

Requests for electric are made by choosing "Party Registration - Electric Needed". 

Vendor Passes

You receive three (3) vendor passes for the employees working your exhibit space. The three passes are provided at vendor load-in. 

Guest Tickets

Guest Tickets may be purchased by participants at a discounted rate of $45.

Load-in

Begins Wednesday, July 17 at 1:00. All load-in times are assigned.
