Please note that if you’re purchasing room nights through our host hotels then you will receive complimentary festival tickets (pending the reservation policy of each hotel).  

For reference, here are the two reservation policies of our host hotels:

Doubletree by Hilton- Farmers Branch/Dallas:    Each single night stay receives two complimentary tickets.  Two night stay receives four complimentary tickets.  

Doubletree by Hilton Galleria – Dallas:  Two night minimum stay is required and each reservation receives four complimentary tickets. 

Complimentary tickets are good either day and will be given upon hotel check-in.

COVID-19

The City of Farmers Branch and the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation care deeply about our attendees, artists, staff and vendors.   Therefore we highly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the safeguards and measures we are implementing for this year’s Bloomin’ Bluegrass Festival.  All attendees are expected to comply with all posted festival rules and guidelines with regards to COVID.    Complete information can be found at https://www.bloominbluegrass.com/covid

Prohibited Items:

All Bags are subject to inspection, prohibited items seized will not be returned. 

• Coolers or picnic baskets


• Outside food or drink (except for bottled water)


• Alcohol


• Pets or animals (except service animals)

• Hazardous material


• Contraband


• Canopies or pop up tents


• Skateboards, roller blades, in-line skates, and bicycles


• Golf carts and ATV's


• Unauthorized sales, solicitations, and distributions


• Professional recording equipment

All performances and events at the Bloomin’ Bluegrass Festival (“Festival”) are rain or shine and are subject to change or cancellation by the City of Farmers Branch without notice. No refunds or exchanges except for cancellation of the Festival. The user of this ticket assumes all risks and danger associated with the Festival, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Festival, including, without limitation, personal injury (including death) and property damage caused by the acts or omissions of others (including Festival invitees, public attendees, performers and participants), and agrees to hold the City of Farmers Branch, its officers, employees, agents, sponsors harmless from any such injuries or damages. The City of Farmers Branch reserves the right to remove anyone from the Festival who violates any law, or Festival rule or regulation. Use of this Festival site for any promotional or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the City of Farmers Branch is strictly prohibited. The user grants the City of Farmers Branch the right to use his or her name and likeness obtained in connection with the use of this ticket for any publicity or advertising purposes. Tickets obtained from sources other than the City of Farmers Branch and its authorized agents shall not be honored. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets shall not be replaced. The resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited. In the event the Festival is cancelled you may return this Ticket to the place of purchase within 30 days from the date of the Festival for a refund of ticket price. Use of this ticket shall constitute agreement with the terms and conditions stated.
