Just when you thought it was safe to go back on the water, it isn’t safe on the beach either! Something is killing people (and dogs!) on Venice Beach – the police think it’s a serial killer but former lovebirds Harry (Huffman) and Catherine (Hill) have a different idea and go hunting for the lair of a beast.
