No one under 18 admitted. And you must walk through alone. You must arrive at the venue within 5 minutes before or after your designated time slot. Arriving more than 5 minutes after your designated time may result in the forfeiture of your ticket with no refund, at BLACKOUT’s sole discretion. You must show a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on your ticket in order to be admitted. Upon arrival at the venue, you must read and understand the rules, and sign a waiver prior to being allowed entry. All sales are final and all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances. BLACKOUT reserves the right to deny admission to any person, at any time, for any reason. Do NOT purchase a ticket if you have a physical, medical or emotional condition or impairment that might or would be affected or impacted by your participation in the experience. You will not be permitted to enter or participate in the experience if you have imbibed or are impaired by drugs or alcohol. The experience may include graphic scenes of simulated extreme horror, adult sexual content, tight spaces, darkness, fog, strobe light effects, strong odors, exposure to water, physical contact, and crawling. Due to the nature of the production, unfortunately BLACKOUT is not accessible for the visual and hearing impaired, or those with a physical impairment. BLACKOUT is not responsible for lost or stolen goods that you bring with you, so leave your valuables at home or proceed at your own risk.
