Billy Elmer has made appearances on: HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, ABC, NBC, FOX, MTV, A&E 'Evening at the Improv, Comic Strip Live, A&E's Comedy on the Road & Caroline's Comedy Hour, MTV Half Hour Comedy Hour, Star Search and the Montreal Comedy Festival. Also awarded an exclusive spot on The Tonight Show during the final few  weeks of Johnny Carson's reign.

Billy performs at some of the biggest clubs in the country, including the Desert Inn, The Riviera in Las Vegas, Caesars Palace and many more. He has appeared in hilarious feature films such as:The Wedding Singer, Inspector Gadget, Fear of a Black Hat, Rock & Roll Mom and Day of the Dead.
