Beyond Monet Yoga with Downward Dog Yoga Center

Join Downward Dog Yoga Centre for a guided Beyond Monet Yoga experience every Saturday morning at Metro Toronto Convention Centre starting from October 21. 

Each class will bring a new sense of awareness through movement, visual experiences and meditation. Flow your way through the immersive art and sounds of Beyond Monet. This all-levels class is sure to elevate a mind-body connection to create a dreamy and mystical journey through yoga practice.

Guests must bring their own mat, towel and water! Beginners to yoga are welcome.
