Disability as Diversity: Engaging Employees with Disabilities to Create a Culture of Inclusion, Dignity, and Respect

This session highlights strategies, tools, resources, programs and best practices to ensure engagement and retention of employees with disabilites. As pennsylvania's largest non-governmental employer, UPMC is dedicated to engaging employees with disabilities and serving the disability community. This session is a collaboration between UPMC's Center for Engagement and Inclusion and Disabilities Resource Center. 

An overview of disability resources and our newly formed Employee Resource Group for People with Disabilities will be included.
