axc25 SPYAIR Autograph Session

Autographs for SPYAIR are FREE.  A lottery drawing will determine reservations to participate. Please use the   APPLY NOW   button on the right to submit your entry for a spot in the signing session! The application will close on October 29, 2025 at 12 PM PST.

The winners from the drawing will receive one (1) poster with four (4) signatures, one (1) from each member of SPYAIR.

Location: Autograph Room (OCC Room 203ABC) *

*Queuing for the SPYAIR session will be located outside of the autograph room starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the session.

SPYAIR AUTOGRAPH POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Please note that the following procedures only apply to the SPYAIR signing session.

Application Policy

• You must have a VALID anime expo chibi (axc) credential to apply and attend the signing session. If you haven't registered yet, please use the following link to purchase a credential: https://www.showclix.com/event/axc25-gen-reg-scx25-r11
  
  
  
  • All duplicate entries submitted under the same name will automatically be flagged as invalid and rejected from the drawing.
  
  
  • If you are a "ticket holder" and NOT listed as the "buyer" on the ShowClix order for your credential, then your NAME must be assigned to the credential as the ticket holder.  Please confirm with the buyer that your name is associated with the ax chibi credential listed in the order.  If SPJA cannot confirm you are an attendee with a valid credential registered under your name, then your entry will be rejected.
  
  
  
  


• All participants attending the signing session will be checked in at the door.  Please have a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name listed on both your ShowClix registration AND your winning entry ready to show Security. If your name does NOT match the name of a lottery winner, then you will be denied entry to participate in the signing session.

  • For minors age 13 and under, the entry should be submitted under the name of the registered adult or guardian who will be attending anime expo chibi with them.  The Child credential for the minor should appear on the same ShowClix order as the adult/guardian for verification of participation. If the Child credential is on another order, please include both ShowClix confirmation order numbers on the application.
  
  
  • For minors age 14-17, if the minor does NOT have a valid government-issued photo ID (drivers license or state ID), then the entry must be submitted under the name of the registered adult or guardian who will be attending anime expo chibi with them and can escort them during the signing session.  The Weekend credential for the minor should appear on the same ShowClix order as the adult/guardian for verification of participation. If the Child credential is on another order, please include both ShowClix confirmation order numbers on the application.
  
  
  • Adults attending the session with the minor, if selected as a winner, will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the door during check-in and the name on the ID MUST match the name registered to a valid axc credential.
  
  
  
  


• Please note that only one (1) poster per winning participant will be issued.
  
  
  
  • Adults accompanying a minor will NOT receive a poster.
  
  
  • Helpers accompanying ADA attendees will NOT receive a poster.
  
  
  
  

Onsite Policy and Procedures

Check-In and Line Queue:

• Line queuing will begin approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the signing session outside of the Autograph room (OCC Room 203 ABC).


• Check-in begins approximately fifteen (15) minutes before the session starts and ends thirty (30) minutes after the session begins. If you do not arrive within that time, you forfeit your entry into the session.


• A government-issued photo ID is required. All autograph ticket holders will be verified onsite prior to admission for the signing session.


• ADA will not be granted front of the line access. Helpers must stay with the attendee they are accompanying throughout the duration of the session.

Autograph Items:

• SPJA-provided posters are the only items eligible for signatures.


• Personal items (including but not limited to SPYAIR merchandise, CDs, or personal shikishi boards) will not be signed.
