Event Details: 

Each performance is 60 minutes long.  Ticket options are shown below:

• General Admission (GA): Includes general seating, table-side entertainment, interactive stage programming, and a souvenir gift set. This gift set includes a commemorative coaster, and sticker to remember the night!


• GA+: Includes inner row seating, table-side entertainment, interactive stage programming, and a "GA+" souvenir gift set. This gift set includes a souvenir gift bag, a commemorative coaster, and a sticker to take the memories home with you!


• VIP Admission: Includes VIP front-row seating, table-side entertainment, interactive stage programming, and a “VIP” souvenir gift set. This gift set includes exclusive postcards, a glowstick to light up the night, a souvenir gift bag, commemorative coaster, and a sticker to remember it all!

Additional Information: 

• Beverages, food, and photo ops are not included with any event ticket.


• Photo opportunities are available as a separate ticket bundled with the admission ticket of your choice for online purchase only.


• Limit: 3 photo ops per person based on the admission ticket bundle selected.


• Photo ops will NOT be available for purchase onsite.


• Maid selection for photo ops is not guaranteed.


• This is a cashless event - debit card, credit card, and mobile pay is available.

Ticket Policy: 

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.


• No refunds for late arrivals or missed shows.

Check-In: 

• Line queue for check-in begins approxiamtely 30 minutes before showtime. Arriving earlier improves your seating options.


• Doors open and check-in begins approximately 15 minutes before showtime and closes promptly at the start of the show.


• No late entry is allowed.


• Ensure your entire group is present at the door before check-in to streamline seating once inside.
