NOTE: You must have both a ticket for the concert AND an Anime Expo badge (4-Day or any 1-Day badge) for admission. If you do not have an Anime Expo badge, you can purchase one on the Anime Expo 2025 - General Registration page.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Note: This show has a 13+ age restriction.
Doors open 60 minutes before the start of the event. Doors close 15 minutes after the start of the show, no admission for late arrivals. No refunds or exchanges for late arrivals or missed show.
Show date, time, and when doors open/close are subject to change at the discretion of SPJA and the organizer.
Event Restrictions
- During the performance, please turn off all devices that emit sound, such as mobile phones and alarms.
- While photography is allowed, no video recording is permitted during the show.
- No re-entry. If you leave/exit the venue, you cannot re-enter.
- While bags and backpacks are permitted, they must not be larger than 14"x14"x6" in size.
- Moshing, diving is prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to others.
- Please be aware: cameras will be present inside the venue to record the show.

TICKETING POLICIES

To attend any of the events produced and/or hosted by Society for the Promotion of Japanese Anime (SPJA) during AX, all ticket holders MUST also have a valid AX credential.
For events held in venues outside of the Los Angeles Convention Center, all ticket holders are still required to have a valid AX credential for admission.
Buyer beware! SPJA will not honor any tickets or order confirmations provided by unauthorized ticketing platforms or re-sale sites. ShowClix is SPJA’s exclusive Registration and Ticketing platform.
All events are subject to change. Closer to the date of the event, please confirm the date, time, and location prior to the event as well as when doors open or close on the event page, AX program guide, or AX mobile app.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets, wristbands, vouchers or product sales. Please review all items in your order before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the items you intend on buying before completing your transaction.
No refunds for missed shows. Be sure to check when Doors Open and Close to avoid being late for entry access.
Upgrade Policy
The buyer can upgrade their event ticket(s) to a higher priced ticket, based on availability, by emailing: events@anime-expo.org. The deadline to submit an upgrade request is June 20, 2025.
Purchasing Accessible Tickets
Visit the AX website (www.anime-expo.org) to find your event. Go to the event page and view ticket selections. Most general admission events have accommodations for wheelchairs. For events with reserved seating, check the seating chart to note where available ADA and wheelchair seating locations are for each price tier. Email Ticketing Support (events@anime-expo.org) and provide your name, two (2) choices for ADA seat selection and the price tier or location, and the names of your ticket holders including some information about your special needs to aid in offering appropriate seating arrangements as well as to prepare Front of House staff on the day of the event to assist with accommodations. Upon confirmation of your seat location and number of tickets needed, Ticketing will reserve tickets under your name. Two (2) payment options available:
- Come to the Ticketing Booth at least 2 hours before the scheduled event start time to pay for your order and receive your tickets, OR
- Be referred to ShowClix Customer Care to process an online payment transaction using your credit card. Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets included, either as an attachment or a text message based on your choice of e-ticket or mobile delivery.
