Dedicated AutoMobilia Tent for Artists at the 2023 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix
Schenley Park - July 22/23 Weekend

With over 100,000 spectators, it is the ultimate Western PA event to showcase your products and services. Founded in 1983, the PVGP has grown to become the country’s largest vintage street race event. The PVGP worked with Sharon Spurlin of Automobilia Magazine to set-up a special art tent at the 2022 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix and it was a great success. All participants must be approved by Sharon at Automobilia to reserve a spot in the tent.

The final size of the tent will be determined once we have all of the partners signed up. To begin, we are planning on a 30' x 40' that has 8 spots. We can increase the tent size if more artists sign-up.

Location
The tent will be located in the vicinity of the Rahal tent overlooking the show field and the race track -this is the busiest section of the car show and is alongside major sponsors and car displays. There will be parking within 100 feet for your support vehicles. Hours of operation are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.

The Tent
Each spot is 10-feet wide and 12 1/2 feet deep. There will be a 5-foot wide walkway through the middle of the tent. The AutoMobilia tent will have retractable sidewalls on all exterior walls so you can put them down after hours or during inclement weather. They are included as part of your $975/spot fee.

Tables & Chairs
Tables, chairs are available at a nominal rate if you need them. $4 per folding chair and $8 for a 6-foot banquet table. If you need other furniture items we can put you in touch with All Occasion Rental.

Electricity
The PVGP will supply and fuel a gas generator for everyone in the tent to use at no additional cost.

Parking
There will be free parking on the golf course within 100 feet of the tent. The only restriction is that you can't bring trucks over 8 tons since this is a golf course.

Charity
The PVGP is a charity event that raises funds for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities - donating over $6 million since our founding in 1983. Your vendor fee is considered a donation to a 501 c-3.
