The music of Anne E. DeChant has continually evolved since the years she fronted Cleveland’s Odd Girl Out. She’s an award-winning writer and performer, 5-time winner of Cleveland's Singer-Songwriter of the Year. 2020 Kerrville Folk Festival Songwriting Competition Finalist. Creator of "The 11:30 Bathroom Break". Her songs are inspired by the lives she sees around her, the everyday stories of people’s challenges and achievements, of love and loss. But make no mistake, this isn’t “cry in your latte” fare. Anne E. and her band can rock it out with the best. Your body will rock, your heart will tug, and you’ll leave with that “what a great show” feeling.
