Ticket Mailing
If you order your tickets by April 5, 2021, you’ll get them mailed to your door! All tickets ordered after April 5, 2021 will be held for pick up at Anime Frontier. (If you’re coming from outside the United States, your tickets will not be mailed at all and will be waiting for you when you arrive at AnimeFrontier.) Tickets will be mailed in April and will be received by May 5. No tickets will be mailed before this time.

Who Needs A Ticket?
All attendees six-years-old and up need a ticket for Anime Frontier. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending.

Harassment
Anime Frontier is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and we have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. If you feel uncomfortable or harassed, please speak with a staff or security member so we can make it right.

Scalpers
Don’t try to scalp tickets. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders cancelled and tickets voided.

Refunds
All ticket sales are final, and Anime Frontier offers no refunds or cancellations. To protect yourself if you cannot attend, FanShield insurance is offered during check out.
