SHS Mind Your Mind invites you to an On-Demand screening of the Angst documentary. Mind Your Mind is a club dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and promoting positive mental health for the school and community. We are so excited to bring this opportunity to the SHS community. 

Angst is a film-based education program designed to raise awareness around anxiety, with an emphasis on youth and families. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, experts, and parents. Our goal is to help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help. The film comes with support materials including a tip sheet, discussion guide, test-your-knowledge quiz, and more.
