Allegheny River Sunset Photo Safari

Join Rivers of Steel Arts aboard the Explorer riverboat for a sunset photo safari on the Allegheny River! Capture sweeping images of Pittsburgh's most iconic bridges and unique landmarks on this three-hour photographic excursion. Safari-goers traveling the Allegheny will have views of Washington's Landing, the Heinz Factory, David L. Lawrence Convention Center and many of Pittsburgh's most iconic bridges including the 16th Street Bridge and the Three Sisters. Returning southwestward at dusk, this safari offers some of the most recognizable and breathtaking views of the downtown skyline as they can only be seen in twilight. Photo safaris on Explorer are led by Ivette Spradlin, a Cuban-American photographer, video artist and educator who lives and works in Pittsburgh. Light refreshments will be provided during the safari.
