…Savor in the old traditions of Carmel Valley with handcrafted wines, olive oils and balsamic vinegars produced in the old Carmel Valley tradition. Taste the region's finest Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, Syrahs and blended wines.

Enjoy our “butter” olive oil, stone ground into the smoothest olive flavor and texture imaginable. We will warm the bread, pour the oil and accent with a splash of dark or light balsamic vinegar or a zesty infused olive oil.
