AIA Triangle Tour of Architecture

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Triangle Tour of Residential Architecture showcases award-winning, architect-designed homes throughout the North Carolina Triangle region. This is your opportunity to see some of the best residences in the Triangle, get ideas for your own home, and ask questions about architecture, materials, construction, technology. Architects and docents are available to answer your questions all day!

The 2017 residences were selected by an independent architecture jury consisting of Virginia based architects. We are proud to present the five residences selected for the 2017 Tour of Residential Architecture:

Tickets for the 2017 Residential Tour, a self-guided tour open to the public can be purchased online or at one of our ticket locations to be announced soon.

2017 Ticket Prices:

Full Day Pass: $25 if purchased prior to September 23rd.  Full day pass admits one person to all 5 residences across the Triangle.

Family Pass: $60 if purchased prior to September 23rd. Family pass admits two adults and up to four children to all 5 residences across the Triangle. (Children age 5 and under are free).

Day of Tour Prices:

Full Day Pass: $35 if purchased on tour day September 23rd.

Family Pass: $70 if purchased on tour day September 23rd.

Student Pass: $15 can be purchased the day of tour only with valid student ID. Admit one student to all five residences.

Single Residence Ticket: $10 admit one adult/child to one residence. Single residence tickets can be purchased the day of the tour only.
