ACCC 2016: ARTIST & VENDOR BOOTHS

BY HAVING A BOOTH AT ACCC 2016 YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR TERMS AND POLICIES. CLICK HERE TO VIEW AND DOWNLOAD.


Booth assignments are at the discretion of the convention organizers and typically are on a first come, first serve basis.


 


BOOTHS AVAILABLE:


Standard Artist booth; includes two artist 3-day badges, one 8 foot table, two chairs, and a draped back. These booths are limited to artists, who create and sell original comic book property merchandise. NO COMMERCIALLY PRODUCED RETAIL ITEMS are allowed.


Cosplay Avenue booth includes: one 8 foot table, two chairs, draped back, and two 3-day badges. Cosplay Avenue is for those who participate in the practice of dressing up as a pop culture character from a movie, book, video game, or any genres of manga and anime. ONLY PRINTS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND SIGNATURES OF THEMSELVES AS THE COSPLAYER ARE ALLOWED FOR SALE.


Standard Vendor booth; includes two vendor 3-day badges, one 8 foot table, two chairs, and a draped back.


- Corner Vendor booth; includes two vendor 3-day badges, two 8 foot tables, two chairs, and a draped back.


Vendor Premium booths are located right by our celebrity area. This booth includes one 8 foot table, two chairs, a draped back, and two 3-day vendor badges.


 


PACKAGES AVAILABLE


The Bronze Vendor package includes the following:
- the equivalent of four 10X10 booths (2 corners and 2 standards, your choice 10x40 or 20x20); 
- four 8-foot tables; 
- two chairs; 
- a draped back; and
- two 3-day Vendor badges. ***SAVE $400***
 


The Silver Vendor package includes the following:
- the equivalent of six 10x10 booths (4 corners and 2 standards); 
- six 8-foot tables; 
- two chairs; 
- a draped back; and
- four 3-day Vendor badges. ***SAVE $500***


The Gold Vendor package includes the following:
- the equivalent of eight 10x10 booths (4 corners and 4 standards); 
- eight 8-foot tables; 
- four chairs; 
- a draped back; and
- six 3-day Vendor badges. ***SAVE $600*** 
 


Additional badges will be sold on site for $50 each; up to 2 extra badges per purchased booth/package.



TIMELINE:


January - ACCC booth sales open.
July 1st - Any tables or booths left increase by $50.
August 1st - All Tables and booth sales end.

With a few new attractions coming this year to ACCC, space is limited.

Our Black Friday sale showed us that this is going to be another giant year. With over 6,000 tickets bought on Black Friday we are looking to break the 100k attendance over Halloween weekend!
