Donation Unique Business Opportunities - Veterans

Operation Proud to Serve You Again, (optsuYA) a non-profit 501(c)3 foundation, empowers Veterans to progress from just being workers to owners of their own small businesses with risk reduction tactics and wrap-around business development services. Success is measured by how well Veterans achieve their personal income goals during a period of 3 years after recruitment for work in any industry.

Starting with the transportation industry sector in 2014, optsuYA is working with Veterans working as independent drivers for VETaxi Pittsburgh and VETrans Atlanta who want to transition to own/operate a Veteran owned small transportation business. An energy, manufacturing, and healthcare industry partner will be on board before December 2015.

Will you help Veterans gain access to capital and services to empower them to succeed in any start-up business? A donation of:

• $100 - covers fees for a personalized "entrepreneurial success" survey/interview to  assist a working, underemployed, or out-of-work Veteran assess their interest and fortitude to accomplish more than just work for someone else.


• $1,200 - covers fees to 8 weeks/sessions (both virtual on-line and physical face-to-face) of small business Start-up Empowerment Training, and after completion and when appropriate, 8 more sessions of Small Business Growth Workshops.
