ValorCon

Greetings!

You are about to become part of a unique fusion of gaming and Chicago culture. No other Chicago convention focuses on gaming, and no other gaming convention in the world focuses as heavily on its local gaming communities. Over 150 people and 30 groups and organizations have come together from the city and suburbs to help us craft a gamers’ event unlike any other.

PLEASE NOTE: When you complete checkout, you will be emailed login details for ShowClix.com immediately, and login details for Sched.org within 24 hours. You probably won't need to log into ShowClix, but Sched.org is hosting our schedule - that is the login you will use to add sessions to your "sched", so you can keep track of your personal schedule. Adding sessions with limited seating guarantees you a seat (or offers you a waitlist slot if the session is already full).

Show Floor Hours:

Friday, October 16th:
     "Early Bird" entry: Noon - 5PM (Limited freeplay, open to all badges)
     Main Programming: 5PM - 10PM
     Late Night Gaming until 11PM

Saturday, October 17th:
     Main Programming: 10AM - 10PM
     Late Night Gaming until 11PM

Sunday, October 18th:
     Main Programming: 10AM - 10PM
     Doors close at 10PM

Age Restrictions: Children 6 and under will be admitted for free all weekend and no ticket is required. Children 7 and up require the purchase of a regular badge.

Anti-Harassment Policy: Our full Anti-Harassment policy is posted on our website, but it's worth mentioning again here: we reserve the right to eject anyone we deem as exhibiting harassing behavior from our event, which we will do at our sole discretion, without any refunds. We also reserve the right to ban such persons from our future events. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of your fellow fans. If you are abused or harassed at ValorCon, any ValorCon volunteer (blue shirts) or ValorCon Security (red shirts) can direct you to a trained ValorCon staff member who will assist you.

Refunds: Despite what it says at the bottom of this page (which our processing agent, ShowClix, cannot remove), Refunds will be offered at 100% up until the beginning of the 14th day prior to the first day of the event. See details in our policies section.
