Pittsburgh Magazine is pleased to announce Ultimate House 2016, an exclusive, stylish, and contemporary residence that represents a breakthrough concept in luxury city living. 

The 2500 Smallman development has transformed a nondescript 1950s-era Strip District warehouse into 11 spacious city homes that emphasize world-class amenities combined with sustainable concepts, materials and design. 

Presented by Peoples Natural Gas, this magnificent home will be staged by some of Pittsburgh's favorite furnishing and design companies and will be featured in a special section in the November 2016 issue of Pittsburgh Magazine.

All tour proceeds benefit The Free Care Fund at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.

Day-of ticket price is $23.  Tickets are good for one day only.  Ages 12+ only; no strollers; no high heels. Last tour begins at 4:30 PM.
