The Carolina Table: East Meets West Dinner

The Carolina Table: East Meets West dinner pulls chefs together from the coast to the mountains of our great state. This dinner has always had a wonderful community ambiance and is always the first event to sell out.


Shining a light on producers throughout the state, this dinner is served family-style and always engages some of the most exciting talent in the region today. We are in the process of adding chefs, but we already have a stellar line up, including the following already confirmed:



  • Pastry Chef Lydia Clopton of PinPoint in Wilmington

  • Pastry Chef Phoebe Lawless of Scratch in Durham

  • Chef Clark Barlowe of Heirloom in Charlotte

  • Chef Bruce Moffett of the Moffett Restaurant Group, including Barrington's, Stagioni, and Good Food on Montford in Charlotte

  • Chef Ricky Moore of Saltbox Seafood in Durham

  • Chef Josh Munchel of Counting House at 21C in Durham

  • Chef Dean Neff of PinPoint in Wilmington

  • Chef Ashley Van Camp of Ashten's in Southern Pines


In addition, there will be delicious wine, coffee, craft beer, and specialty cocktails, made with TOPO Organic Spirits!
