Join us for SHAPE’s annual bikini-ready bootcamp! This year, SHAPE has partnered with Beachbody, the creator of the nation’s most popular fitness programs, to bring you beachfront workouts hosted by Shaun T, Tony Horton & Autumn Calabrese. To round out the roster, Katrina & Karena, founders of Tone It Up, will also join the party! Post-workout, cool down at the SHAPE Escape resort with pampering, giveaways, shopping, and more.

Shaun T LIVE: Use only YOUR BODY to get the body and mind you have always wanted. This workout will be for ALL fitness levels! So whether you are just starting your fitness journey or have been crushing your workouts for years, come to Hermosa Beach and jumpstart your LIFE with Shaun T.
Cardio Fix & 10-Minute Abs with Autumn Calabrese: From jumping jacks to burpees, 30 minutes of Autumn’s Cardio Fix will have your heart pumping and your entire body drenched in sweat. Then in just 10 minutes, shape strong, sexy abs to show off on the beach.
P90 Workout with Tony Horton: Put your results into overdrive with Tony's functional cardio-based workout that is focused, defining that sexy 6-pack with moves and combinations that are approachable for all fitness levels!
Bikini Ready Workout with Katrina & Karena: The founders of Tone It Up will work the muscles you care most about when you're not wearing much: your abs, butt and thighs! Feel confident when you slip into a 2-piece this summer with this routine created exclusively for SHAPE readers.
Lower Body Fix EXTREME & 10-Minute Hardcore with Autumn Calabrese: Glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves will get stronger, leaner and more defined with 30 minutes of challenging work in Lower Body Fix EXTREME. Then carve out lean, ripped abs with an intense 10-Minute Hardcore.
P90X3 Workout with Tony Horton: Torch the fat and scorch those calories utilizing the principles of P90X3 Muscle Acceleration with Tony's full body plyometric routine aimed to get your body beach-ready in only 30 minutes!
Mermaid Workout with Katrina & Karena: Get ready to feel like a beautiful, toned mermaid with this incredible TOTAL body workout! This routine will target all the areas you want to tone up for summer, including your abs, obliques, thighs & arms.
Roxy Surf Sessions: The Surf Class by Campsurf is designed for first-time and beginner surfers interested in sharing their surfing experience with others in a relaxed, safe, and fun surfing environment. The class is 1.5 hours long and includes the use of a Surfboard and Wetsuit. Approximately 15-minutes will be spent on the beach covering technique and safety with the remaining time spent in the water with your instructors testing your skills!
