Farm Dinner - Smallman Galley

The menu and cocktail pairings for this unique, seasonal meal will be created by the four carefully selected Chefs of Smallman Galley, using the freshest produce from Churchview Farm as well as locally and sustainably sourced meats, cheeses and other products.

For this unique six-course meal, the Chefs will collaborate on an appetizer dish, then each will serve a delicious dish of their own creation. To finish, a dessert course inspired by all four Chefs.
