A formal evening to benefit the SFC
This glamorous, red carpet event will be held on

Guest speaker for the event is Jason Ballard, co-founder of Treehouse.

Celebrity Chefs:
Alberto Carreño - TCA and Le Cordon Bleu Graduate, Alberto quickly made a name for himself opening up Andiamo and Bellisimo by age 24. He left Austin in 2009 to study under Thomas Keller at Bouchon Bistro. He recently returned to Austin helping start up restaurants and providing consultation wherever he is needed.
Matt Zepeda- Self taught pastry chef and molecular gastronomy whiz-kid, Matt left his career as an audio engineer to help open Micheladas and reopen Hugo's, both as the pastry chef. One step from appearing this year on Gordon Ramsey's tv show MasterChef, Matt is here to prove he is the best in avant-garde, highly creative cuisine.
Zach Herrera- Our youngest chef on the team, Zach quit his studies at the University of Texas to pursue his love of the culinary arts at TCA. Now finishing up his studies, Zach is ready to present his passion and training to the Austin culinary scene.
Heavy - What is there to say about a man who's reputation always precedes him. DJ to the stars, chef to the people, dragon slayer extraordinaire.
