Retro Fest Arkansas 2025 Vendor Application

Welcome to the Retro Fest Arkansas Vendor Application!  

PLEASE NOTE: This is only an application. If approved your booth is not reserved until we receive payment. We do not hold booth spaces.

This is an application for a vendor booth on the main vendor floor of Retrofest Arkansas. Please answer some questions about your business. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email with a purchase link where you can complete the application process. Please allow us 24 - 48 hours to review the application. If you have any questions or do not receive a response please email retrofestarkansas@gmail.com.

We will review and respond with an approval which will provide a purchase link in an email. We are looking for vendors selling the following items Video Games, Collectibles & Toys, Pokemon, Magic, YuGiOh, VHS, Artists & Handmade Pop Culture Related Items, Anime, Indie Video Game & Tabletop Developers, Vintage T-Shirts & Clothing, Cosplay, Authors of material related to the show, Arcade Machines and other Pop Culture related items.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY AN APPLICATION. YOUR BOOTH IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT.

STANDARD VENDOR SPACE (selling general merchandise)

• Standard Vendor Space 10' x 10' $300


• Double Vendor Space 10' x 20' $550 


• Quad (4) Vendor Space 20' x 20' $1,000 

Each booth will be provided 2 free vendor passes for booth workers.  Additional workers will be required to purchase tickets for the event.

Power can be purchased for your vendor space for $50.

Wi-Fi will be FREE for all vendors!

Saturday 9am - 8:00pm 

Sunday 9am - 5pm
