Primary School Teachers Workshop 1

Artist Claire Halpin leads a series of three Saturday morning workshops for primary teachers. Based in the studios at IMMA, the workshop series is free, and teachers can participate in this individual session or book into the whole series.  For more information on the series, click here and scroll down. 

Workshop 1 - At the Museum

26 September 2015 |  a practical, hands-on workshop which will take its starting point in the exhibition of El Lissitzky works at IMMA, and explore drawing and construction, as well as looking and responding.

This is an opportunity for primary teachers with an interest in art to:

o Explore current programmes, exhibitions, and resources at IMMA;

o Experience creative ideas, processes, and materials in the company of a contemporary artist;

o Enjoy the historic surrounds and facilities of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
