Event Description
Ticket sales are live. They are EXACTLY the same as Sunday (seating you the closest to the front of the stage). Therefore, if you are looking for a specific location in the venue, please contact ShowClix-Customer Care anytime Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm EST at 888.718.4253 or email support@showclix.com.
If you have purchased tickets and are unhappy with the location of your seats please contact ShowClix Customer Care Dept anytime 9am-9pm EST at 888.718.4253, There will be no additional charge to have your seats changed. Once this accommodation has been confirmed, you will receive a new e-mail from ShowClix confirming the change and allowing you to reprint your new tickets.
As a reminder - ALL seat changes must be accommodated by phone through the Customer Care Dept with ShowClix.
Regarding the Service Fee. Performer's Edge is now splitting the $2.09. This will take effect starting Tuesday at 10AM. If you have already purchased tickets we will refund 50% of the fee at the front desk!
Our top priority is to make sure your happy with your seat selection and are excited for our first recital. Please give us this week to get everyone properly seated. Following that time any feedback on the site, process, etc will be greatly appreciated. Your feedback is critical to allow us to improve this process for next season.
