Paint Night at Discovery Times Square

Join the painting experts from La Pittura in a unique night out at The Vikings Exhibition at Discovery Times Square!

First, you'll enjoy a self guided tour though the largest collection of Vikings artifacts ever assembled in North America. You'll learn about the fascinating, often misunderstood culture, that still fascinates nearly 1,000 years later!

Then, participants will gather in the Discovery Times Square classroom for a Paint The Ship event where you will replicate the grand boats of the Viking era in your very own masterpiece. Easels, canvases, brushes, aprons and paints will be provided along with a local artist to guide you through the entire process.

All children age 12 or younger must be accompanied into the exhibition by a ticketed adult age 18 or older.

Strollers, baby back carriers, backpacks, shopping bags and large bags are not permitted inside the galleries. A complimentary bag check is available to safely store these items. The museum reserves the right to inspect any parcel brought into the premises.
