ONOC: Chef Trinidad

Plant based chef Trinidad has been wowing locals with her high raw cuisine for the last couple of years and proving that food can be art.  She sources her ingredients from local farmers and prepares them raw to best highlight their unique flavors using multiple techniques.  Join her for a class exploring “cooking” techniques and enjoy plenty of samples.
