Hudson Valley Magazine pays tribute to the area’s top nurses with the 2021 Excellence in Nursing Awards!

Every year in honor of National Nurses Week, our May issue features the area's top nurses nominated by their superiors and selected by our distinguished panel of judges. 

Criteria for nomination:

• RNs and LPNs (full- or part-time)


• Made a significant impact on patient care


• Gone "beyond the call of duty"


• Demonstrated Excellence


• Shown commitment to the community served


• Achieved life-long professionalism

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: Friday, January 29, 2021 at 5pm. 

Important details:

• Hudson Valley Magazine’s Excellence in Nursing Awards Advisory Committee reserves the right to decline a nomination if the nurse does not meet the basic criteria.


• Nomination must be made by a nurse’s superior


• The first 100 nominations received by January 29, 2021 at 5pm will be accepted.


• $100 nomination fee 


• Digital headshot must be emailed to pr@hvmag.com (3”x 5”, 300 dpi).
