NJ Burlesque Showcase

Beginning the New Year of NJ Burlesque at Roxy & Dukes Roadhouse two of NJ's most beloved burlesque troupes will join forces to create an evening of glitz, glamour and debauchery. Smoke & Mirrors Peepshow, founded in 2014, is a classic inspired troupe featuring performers known for their over the top set pieces and modern takes on traditional burlesque. Ink & Paint Club Burlesque, which began in 2011, is a nerdy burlesque show known for their character driven performances and pop culture inspired shows. Inspired less by fights and more by the musical concept of the mashup the evening will pair performers and their routines as a way to contrast and enhance the enjoyment of the other. Whether you are fans of traditional burlesque or nerdy burlesque the evening will feature: classic striptease, aerial arts, vocalists, Go-Go and more.

The show will also include performances from students of the newly formed Garden State Burlesque Academy and announcements regarding headliners for The Second Annual NJ Burlesque Festival.
