Mute Sounds

 

The Post-Alternative Rock Band “Mute Sounds”, is a 5-piece band lead
by Rui Pedro who five years ago got his vocal cords removed due to a
severe throat cancer.

During his treatment process, he started to write songs about that
journey. Rui was an inspiration with his music for others that were
fighting for their own life, like he did.

He quickly developed a new “sense” to his life... inspiring music, inspiring
songs.

With the dream of putting up a live band, Rui Pedro finally turned his life
around and met incredible musicians. Not just incredible, meaningful
people, meaningful friends.

He had launched two albums, “Reborn” and “Roads”, previously released
on every streaming platform and Social Media, interviews done on OMNI
TV, FPTV International and Stereomono Sunday blog, radio stations like
Glacer FM and a music review done by A&R Factory.

With everything produced at home, everyone has become proud of his
work quality and songs... songs which have feelings... feelings that only
you can hear it!

No wonder a lot of musicians have asked to be part oh this project but
Rui Pedro has selected the people he wants to work with, the people he
wants to represent his songs. More than music skills, human skills are the
most valuable according to Rui Pedro, and he couldn’t come across
better people if they were not musicians as well.

This is Mute Sounds, a Post-Alternative Rock Band who defies the notion
of genre. Floating easily through different music genres which creates a
unique atmosphere to whoever listens to it.
