SPECIAL EDITION ALBUM SPONSOR $500 - Sponsor a deserving youth group to attend the conference.

All conference participants will receive the Souvenir Book via PDF on a disc. Printed books will be sold for $10 at the conference. The digital Souvenir book reaches all 2013 conference attendees. Distribution of the digital book will also reach over 2,000 MCAM mailing list subscribers and social media followers.

All ad materials/artwork must be PRINT READY and submitted in PDF or JPEG format. Any ads received that are not print ready will be returned. There is an additional $50 charge for ads created by an MCAM Team Member.
