Lake Norman Springfest

Are you ready for some fun in the sun? Lake Norman Spring Fest will be on Saturday May 7th, 2011 from 2-9pm at Kenton Place in the field next to The Dirty Martini and will include regional bands, local musicians, a cornhole tournament, and tradeshow/expo for area businesses. This is the event that brings the community together giving everyone a chance to hear local music, play cornhole, and advertise our business inexpensively. The festival will be promoted on local radio stations, online with social media, and through flyers. Charities are welcome to advertise for free.

This event is meant to bring the community together and is a chance for businesses to advertise, meet, and greet individuals and families in the community. There will be a Moon Bounce and the White Lightning gymnastics bus for kids to play on or in. Please no pets!

The Bands are headlined by Simplified, Pursey Kerns, and Early Ray along with local singer/songwriters providing some entertainment as well.

Tickets pricing are as follows:

General Admission: $10 per person. Children accompanied with parents are admitted free.

Cornhole Tickets*: $20.00 per person.

Business Ticket: $100 to be able to set up a display and includes 2 general admission tickets. If a table is needed and extra charge of $15 will be required.
Stage or cornhole tournament sponsor: $250 and comes with 4 general admission tickets.

Sponsor Ticket: $500 and 8 general admissions tickets and mentioned on a rotation of 15 sec online radio ads, and name or logos added to print media, posters, flyers, and Facebook,etc.

* The Cornhole tournament maximum will be 128 teams or 256 participants. It will be a single or double elimination tournament that is based on the number of participants. Top 4 teams will win a cash prize based on number of teams. For example, 70 teams = $500 to winner, $125 for second place, and $50 for third place and $25 for fourth place. There is a possibility for more teams to be paid but it will be determined by the number of participants. Cash prizes will be determined later.

Music will be from 2:00-9:00 pm. Cornhole participants and trade show participants must arrive by Noon to sign in, set up, and prepare to start the tournament. Please pre-register.
