Tickets to the Ice Castles are available online.  The price for tickets is as follows:

Infant / Toddlers ages 0-3 are free.

Weekday Child, M-TH (ages 4-11) $6.95
Weekday General, M-TH (ages 11+) $9.95
  * Weekday Tickets are not available during school breaks (i.e. Feb 15-28)

General Admission Child, F-Sun (ages 4-11) $8.95
General Admission, F-Sun (ages 11+) $12.95

Standby tickets may or may not be available, especially on weekends or holidays.  If you want to come, we recommend that you purchase your tickets now by clicking on the date you wish to come on the calendar to the right.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for tickets are possible up to and before 24 hours of your reservation time slot.

After 24 hours, your tickets become non-refundable.  You may however switch your ticket to another day and time. Please take this policy into consideration if there is inclement weather imminent or if you have a sudden change of circumstances. 

How to exchange your tickets: Please call 888.718.4253 (opt 1) to reach a live Customer Care Representative by phone or submit a support ticket with your order confirmation # and the new date and time you would like to be exchanged to.
