Halloween Painting with Artist Heather Gleason

Join us on Saturday, October 3rd from 12:30 - 4:30 p.m. for a Halloween fun-filled painting class!

Local Halloween artist Heather Gleason will teach you the step-by-step process of painting a variety of her Spooky Characters to create a one of a kind Halloween-themed painting using acrylic paints.

Let Heather teach you how to create some of her favorite characters like The Sinister Scarecrow, Malevolent Moon, The Primitive Witch, Haunted Victorian or New England Style Homes, and more. Participants get to choose a larger 11"x14" canvas panel, or an oval wood flat board which can be hung. No experience required.

All supplies will be provided. Just bring yourself and an open mind to paint spooky! Have fun painting while supporting the non-profit historic Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. Heather will be working with everyone mingling about and showing techniques and other inspiring ideas.

Reserve early - space is limited.  Tickets must be purchased in advance. Each person will get to take home at the end of the class their choice of surface (canvas or wood piece) which will be your finished art piece, as well as brushes, paints and a handmade goody bag filled with Spooky Things created by Heather!
