Bourbon Conversations: Bakalian Family Distilling

Join us for Bourbon Conversations, a remarkable whiskey tasting experience, where we explore whiskey and enjoy fellowship in support of community and economic development.

Our September event welcomes the Bakalian Family Distilling to the historic Grand Stafford Theater in Downtown Bryan! Meet the makers and hear about the exciting journey to becoming a legal distillery right here in the Brazos Valley.  As the evening progresses, we'll taste through several of their current offerings while learning about their innovative distilling and aging process. There are sure to be a few laughs along the way! We'll have light bites and will make some special event-only cocktails available to help you further experience the spirits we'll be tasting.

Not to brag, but he has the most impressive collection of bourbon and rye whiskey in Texas, probably in the world for that matter.

Wade has become, through his hard work, innovative approach to culinary arts and commitment to excellence, not only a top restaurateur but a champion of the American pioneer spirit! His unique vision have made him a prominent figure in the hospitality industry.
