After dinner, enjoy craft beer from Cam Read of Edmund’s Oast, and cocktails by TOPO Organic Spirits and the Asheville Distilling Company. Also we’re screening special footage from the Original Fare series on PBS and we’re bringing in several celebrated North Carolina chefs and food artisans to do delicious bites - including Lionel Vatinet of La Farm Bakery and Steven Devereaux Greene of Heron’s at The Umsted Hotel & Spa . They will incorporate featured artisans Videri Chocolate and Sunburst Trout while we watch several brief segments and hear firsthand from the host, Kelly Cox, about her upcoming third season.
