Farm to Barn Wine Dinner, presented by STARS

A Celebration of local food and fine wine! The Steamboat Wine Festival gives a unique spin on the traditional Farm to Table concept bringing to you the  Farm To Barn Wine Dinner. This signature event of our non-profit partner, STARS, will feature a dinner menu beautifully crafted from locally and nationally acclaimed Executive Chefs Kate Rench of Café Diva, Jason Salisbury of Mahogany Ridge, and Brian Vaughn of bistro cv. The Colorado-inspired five-course dinner will be served in at the beautiful Larson Barn which sits quaintly in the middle of the Yampa Valley. Master Sommeliers will expertly pair exquisite wine selections and present them with each course. Ticket proceeds and live auction will benefit STARS.  In past years this has been the first event to sell out, so don't wait to get your tickets.
